This Privacy Policy explains how Spotted ("Spotted," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, request a free guide or cheat sheet, or purchase a plan. By using our site or submitting your email, you agree to this policy.
Opting in to emails is optional. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe option and our mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link, reply "unsubscribe," or email support@spotted.coach. We honor opt-outs promptly.
Opting in to text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Spotted app. If you opt in, Spotted will send you reminder and accountability text messages (such as your daily plan reminders and check-in nudges). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in data or consent to any third party. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
